 The Defense Enabling and Assisting

Framework (or DEAF) is THE State of

the Art digital communications security

technology. Voice and text transmissions (both

incoming and outgoing) from cell phones,

smartphones, and tablets with a

dedicated telephone number can all be

protected by DEAF. Skype and VoIP calls

are also protected.
